We all share common life events that can cause difficulties, depression, anxiety, addictions, and relationship challenges but we each are unique in the ways we protect ourselves from those difficulties. My training and personal work have taught me that this protective energy can be locked in our bodies as tension and in our minds as self-sabotaging beliefs. This energy can also manifest itself in our primary relationships, which can create opportunities for healing, positive communication, and an understanding of the hidden restorative potential of our relational triggers.
To live more satisfying lives we need to release the hold we have on our vital life energy through the integration of traditional talk therapy and somatic psychotherapy such as Bioenergetics.
